How Much Does A Bathroom Renovation Cost?

​To give you a ballpark idea of costs, this is what we would expect however there are many variables to consider.​

Budget

$15 - 20K. (Minimal to no tiling, acrylic shower, Existing plumbing locations, 2-3 fixtures)

Standard

$20k - 30K. (Moderate tiling, 3-4 fixtures.)

Luxury

$40k+ (Extensive tiling, fully relined bathroom, frameless glass shower)

Bathroom renovations can vary hugely when it comes to cost.​ There are bathrooms and then there are BATHROOMS. In our experience anywhere from $10k for a little spruce up. Swap out 1-2 fixtures and a repaint, right up in excess of $50k or more for a full splashed-out bathroom with the nicest Italian tiles, double walk-in showers, LED lighting, custom heritage vanities, the works.
